Steam does not generate new SD files, even if you have the XML counterparts (required to generate new SD files) - which means you are now using the default SD files from the Grand Campaign.

I have another problem, some of the coats of arms on the campaign map have disappeared. What can I do?

Could be a memory leak, that can be fixed by saving, exiting the game completely and then loading the save. Happens after long periods of play or when there is a high memory load (high end graphics, models).
