Sword Horse Archer Guild problem

Hey guys ive got a problem with my sword Sword Horse Archer guilds not giving my troops the "buff" when i retrain them.
When i have retraind a unit with one of these guilds i can still retraind it after it again and again and so on..
Is there a fix for this? hope there is since now these guilds just sucks for me :/.

If it's the problem I think it is, it's a known one and exists both in vanilla Med2 and in every mod for it ever made. There's no way to stop it from ever happening, but there is a workaround.

The trick is to make retraining the absolute last thing you do on your turn. Once all your battles are fought, building projects undertaken and agents/units moved, that's when you begin retraining. It's only unit upgrades that are affected by this glitch; if you're rebuilding a battered unit it's usually fine to do that at any time. But yeah, try clicking to retrain them at the absolute end of your turn, and then ending the turn. See if that works. If not, then you may have a problem with the autosave function but that's not something I've faced and I have it set to the default option of autosaving at the end of every turn.

It's only the experience upgrade that's affected; the armour one is not. I think the weapon one might also be affected.

I'm having this problem but with initial training not retraining. Thorn has master archery guild but my Lithuanian archers are created with no experience chevrons. Also Hamburg with the second tier jousting building produces inexperienced cavalry.

Lithuanian Archers are probably Skirmishers, that's why.
