Mod Request - No Civil War

I have had a hell of a time removing the civil war from the game. I'm not in anyway a modder and could use a little help. I know that a lot of people like the challenge, but i find the mechanic a little tedious. Could someone much smarter than myself just do one little mod to remove the civil war for me?

Oh forgot to mention. This is for Rome 2 - Emperor Edition

So nobody care still after 3 years, there used to be a mod, which clearly doesnt work anymore.
Its my second civil war in the game, what a pain in the ***
just when i had started a war against one of the last powerful empires in the world.

this will give you a +10 bonus for all parties.
change the values under "--polit_trait_common_difficulty_level" to set them as you wish (vanilla are found into rome 2 data pack)
