With no response from the riders returning, Ser Mance Vance is leading the first host of the Riverlands into the direction of Harrenhall. The man knew that the Darry forces were already on their way to relieve the siege and should the scouts return, he would as well know how to react upon the recent movements.
Since Ser Benjen has returned from his exile, as it was wished by his Lord father as his last will, Vance was not too worried upon the situation. His cause was legal and secured by a grown Tully and maybe there were chances to persuade Haggorn Snow of leaveing the castle unoccupied to the Riverlanders' forces. Whether the marriage between the bastard and the noblewoman was legal or not, did not matter - in any case Harrenhall had to be handed over to the Riverlanders and not left in a Northman bastard's regency.
Orders had reached the Twins and Lord Harroway's Town in the meantime to blockade any passes for the Northerners in the meantime. Neither would they be able to reinforce their position with more troops, nor would they be able to flee.
With some luck the issue would be dealt in Arryn's favor so that the Blacks could focus finally on their real enemy instead of alienating their central ally.
Harys had taken a detour from their destination to Pinkmaiden and veered south towards Harrenhal. Ser Benjen, knowing the sensible nature of Harys Justman compared to his wild brother, felt he would be needed alongside Ser Vance to cool the situation at Harrenhal and ensure a peaceful resolution. Ser Harys rode up to the sentries of the Riverlander's camp. He replayed the instructions in Ser Benjen's mind for a moment before shouting to the sentries.

The man was lead forward towards Ser Vance, who was informed upon two Justmans haveing accompanied Benjen.
Even though the steward questioned their legitimacy and might see Benjen's decisions concerning them as benefitting his old pals from Essos, he did however let the man speak, as he trusted the knight from House Tully. After all he served the Tullys and Benjen was the last grown-up member of his House. An experienced man.
"Ser Justman... it is good to see you", Vance responded respectful, as he was cleaning his blade, "What message do you bring towards me?"
Ser Harys dismounts his horse and walks to speak with Ser Vance directly. The Riverlands was his ancestor's homeland, but he needed to be polite, after all, Harys was a foreigner by all arguments and reasons. The Justman bows to the Lord Regent before speaking politely in return to Ser Vance, who was cleaning his blade for some reason. Coincidence? Maybe.
My Lord Regent, I bring word from Ser Benjen Tully who rides with my younger brother, Gerold, to Pinkmaiden to take control of the forces there. Ser Benjen, believing I am the more level-headed person compared to my wild brother, sent me here to serve you directly, My Lord. He gave me important information and hoped that I could perform good services for the future of the Riverlands and of House Tully, which my blade is sworn to.

The Lord Regent nodded approveing. Indeed, Benjen has changed when I recently saw him - he had grown to a man.
"Of course, Ser", he replied benefitting, "What words do you bring from our liege?"
Ser Harys remains standing for now and continues to speak with the Lord Regent.
Ser Benjen speaks of a testimony from the mouth of Lady Mormont who witnessed the atrocities committed at Harrenhal. She tried to halt the violence, but fled instead with Lady Strong, the wife of the late Lord Strong. Her testimony should be enough to exact justice upon those who committed acts of senseless violence within the halls of the keep. This evidence should be presented to whoever is in command at Harrenhal.
Harys Justman pauses for a moment before speaking further.
However, I would like to make a suggestion. I feel that, given the circumstances, we should ask for the justice of the Crown in this matter, rather than from either region. The Crown is a neutral party in this matter and thus no bad feelings will exist ever between the North and the Riverlands just because of a few bad apples.
