60 000 gd starting income for a lord's bannerman
10 000 gd per week

Week 5: 10 000 × 4 + 60 000 = 100 000gd.
No expenses so far.

After 4 years = 160 000 gd

Income: 260 000
Fith year income: 50 000 (40 000 from lands, 10 000 from title of lord's bannerman.)

This year purchases:
- keep expantions: plus 25% garison permited
- militia armoury: 250 land levy points
- market squeare: 10% income
- dockyard: 10% income and 500 naval points.
Total: 80 000

Remaining treasure: 230 000gd
