Mod request: remove regions you have to conquer in order to win the game.

Hi everyone,
I have a suggestion to make for a very simple mod. I just want to remove regions you have to conquer to win the game. Example: I was playing with the Ostrogoths and I settled in North-Africa because of the fertility of the regions. I already had enough regions but I had to conquer Pannonia and some other regions to win my campaign. So I had to cross the Mediterranean again for a few regions that were of no use to me but to win the campaign. So I think such a mod would be nice, especially for migrating factions so you can choose where to settle without crossing half the world to win.
I am no modder so I hope someone is interested in making this mod because I think you would help a lot of people and make the game even better
