How do I use cheats on Stainless steel 6.4?

I'm just inquiring how I can use cheats on 6.4 as the usually button doesn't seem to be working.

Thanks for the reply, but it doesn't seem like clicking ~ has any effect. I know on Vanilla Medieval 2 that worked, but it doesn't seem to be working with Stainless steel (Note: I haven't tried any other mods)

Okay I've figured it out. For some strange reason the cheat console pops up when I click @ instead of ~. But thank you for the reply.
