    Default Flash Floods

Had a flash flood happen in my Massylii game.

For those who don't know, flash floods are bugged on both the Rome 1 and Med 2 engines. Flash floods, like other disasters, are only supposed to last for 1 turn, but the effects (no extra movement from roads, cannot build forts or watchtowers) are instead permanent, crippling the province for the rest of the game.

If anyone is having trouble with them: Go to [Install Path]\Medieval 2 Total War\mods\EBII\data\world\maps\base\descr_disasters.txt. Find the line that says event flood and comment it out like this:

    ;event flood
    ;frequency 10
    ;winter false
    ;summer true
    ;warning false
    ;climate swamp
    ;climate unused1
    ;min_scale 2
    ;max_scale 5

Save the file. In the same folder, find map.rwm and delete it. This is necessary for the change to take place. The game will generate a new one when you boot it up, don't worry.

Note that this is not save compatible.

Hopefully, this will be fixed in the next version.

    I'll disable them in 2.03b.
