    Just freshly installed EB 2 on Steam without problems, started test campaign as Makedon and generals / agents have no voice on clicking them.

    Some factions have them, such as Romani, others dont. Voice acting isnt finished from what i gather, and certainly you woudnt want to hear some english lines, right? (like you hear with the Lugiones.... vanilla voices were forgotten to be deleted with them)
