OOC: BF, are you sure the numbers in the OP are right? e.g. Dragonstone has the men of a 4,500 point levy, but it is actually a 5,500 point levy?

I've gone through with the calculator and rules thread and this is the total we have (assuming everyone is using NPC compositions):

King Daemon, by the right of his wife, Lord Protector of the Realm, arrives to Duskendale with Jacaerys Velaryon, both riding their dragons, joining his Queen and wife, Rhaenyra. The leathern wings and red scales of the Blood Wyrm can be glanced by everyone. Daemon flied from Riverrun after receiving the Riverlands' support.

Caraxes landed near the royal tent, where it was welcomed by Syrax, beloved to Rhaenyra. Without chains tying him to the saddle he jumped nimbly to the floor, servants and squires arrived to unpack and polish his armor for battle. With Dark Sister on his side Daemon entered Rhaenyra's large tent.
"I can smell battle"
He said.

A short, small throne of sorts sat in the tent, behind a desk, portable and unassuming.
Its incumbent stood, her hands' fingers linked together, subtly turning the rings round and round.
All but a few would never notice, but the Queen had found some white in her hair these past months, more and more.
Rhaenyra was dressed in a tight dress which only extended her knees and was broken in the middle, allowing for easier movement and riding.
No armor sat upon her person at this time, but she was going to need mail lined into her leather brigantine sooner or later.
She walked towards Daemon, coming close to stand in front of him, their eyes close.
Her hands were still grasped in front of her, as if it created a stable structure to keep her cold expression from breaking down into tremors of fear.
"Soon," she said, "It all comes crashing down.."
The Queen nevertheless seethed with hatred, reserved into her lilac eyes circled by the shadowing of sleepless nights.

Daemon kissed her, leaving her almost breathless. It was a furious, a passionate kiss. Daemon's blood boiled with the sight of the battlefield. He was fearless, fierce and undomitable. He would soon find himself at the carnage, fire, steel and blood. He loved those three things.
"Everything is to be decided my dear. You took the boldest course of action"
His hands grab her face, firmly.
"This won't be a game. Be mindful of the likely outcome, we may die, all of us. But still you have me"
Daemon sat and crossed his long legs. His fierce silvery whiskers framing his face. He served himself some wine.
"We must plan the incoming, battle, my dear"

A raven arrives from the fleet off the coast of Sharp Point, detailing a large Stormlander fleet about to engage them.
The Southern Fleet of the Vale sets sail from Dragonstone to the tile left of Sharp Point, ready to intercept the Stormlander fleet should it try to enter Blackwater Bay. That was considered the more prudent course of action than trying to reinforce the Crownlander's fleet currently engaged.
