    The team wasn't lazy in the last time and hopefully we can present you the version 0.4 of NaS II soon!
    This will be also the last battle version.

    ~~Changelog~~

    • overworked morale system
      • units now break earlier but also recover earlier. This should result in more flexible battles waging back and forth.

    • reworked stats for units
      • elite units now have a considerable impact on the match

    • reworked projectiles
      • added smoothbore muskets for state milita
      • added sharpshooter rifle
      • added sharp carbine for cavalry

    • Fixed special abilities for artillery
      • 3in Ordnance fires shrapnel shot
      • 12lb Parrott fires percussive shells
      • Canister shot less deadly

    • new units added
      • Berdan's Sharpshooters
      • Confederate Sharpshooters
      • Union Skirmisher
      • Confederate Skirmisher

    Hello guys are browncoat confederates planned for 4.0?. I was a little impatient so i made a custom browncoat unit based on the orphane brigade I would like to show.

    the first image was made before i added the mipmaps btw so it looks better now

    Butternut colored frock coats are already implemented. You find them in the "western" confed unit .

    Shoudn't the 12lb Parrott actually be 10lb Parrott?

    Also, I asked these questions in the mapping thread, but maybe it wasn't seen because it got the last post on the first page:
    "So does anyone know how to set up 4vs4 deployment zones on a siege maps, i.e. 4 deployment zones for the defender? Haven't figured that out yet, so I currently have it on 4vs1.
    Also, any way to get the AI to use the EF lines?"

    never worked on a siege map, but i would take a look at the maps CA made! Maybe there you can find a hint (extract maps from the terrain.pack and place it in the appdata shogun map folder)
    I don't that you can get the AI using the EF-lines, they are using the fort walls, so maybe i would have to made some special buildings.
    And yes, it's of course the 10lb

    Yeah I think sieges will be very interesting, since FoS does take place in the same decade. The forts will probably be a lot easier to make. Then again, I'm most likely wrong since I have no modding experience. Good luck and I'm looking forward to them!

    Ok thanks, I'll try that. I was wondering if there was some trick to positioning the AI hints that I'm not doing correctly. I guess it just required a special building for it to work....

    Is development for this mod dead? Love the Empire Total War ACW mod and its unit diversity. Was wondering if we were getting anymore units for this version of the mod?
