    Default Vale levy info

Hey Vale players, since there are a lot of you please post your house and the total levy points your particular house has. If you are a high lord please post the total levy points for your entire region including the houses you control. You will be responsible for the houses beneath you in terms of their levies. This mean that when Arryn calls the banners, you will bring everything from your own high lordship. I will handle the NPCs of the region and the houses directly beneath Arryn.

THanks Velasco, but I also need your raw levy points posted as well so I subtract it from my NPC calculations for levy points when I create the rest of the Vale levies
