IDEA: Adding territory exchange in diplomacy

I was wondering if it was possible to add an option to give or take territories in diplomacy through modding. It would be cool to make peace with large empires by taking territories from them instead of fighting and trying to take half the continent till they are reduced to nothing. Is it possible to make such a mod?

It's not possible. It might be in the future, but I am pretty sure we will never see this in the warscape engine Atilla uses.

Not possible for the community. These scripts are compiled to binary or luac. You can crack this but than you may not post this online without juridical sonsequences.

That's sad This stuff happened all the time historically. It would be fun to just take a big piece of land from ERE or WRE and stop the war instead of grinding through the whole continent to gain supremacy.
