my events aren't working?

I get the mongol warnings but they never came. Then I got the timurid warning and they never came. The only thing that worked was the gun powder event. I checked descr campaign and everything seems fine. I even changed the time so the mongols would come at 5 - 7 turns (just to test) but didn't work.

Have you lifted the Fog of War to check if they really haven't come?

If you changed the campaign script or descr_events then you have to start a new game as it isn't save game compatible.
