Α strange diplomacy issue
Well, I have installed SS 6.4 in my new laptop.
I ve played a lot of saves in SS 6.4 in my previous desktop and no issues such as these were ever seen.
I ve made my installation with no problems, and I ran the SS 6.4 setup afterwards setting Gracul AI as my option.
Afterwards i began a new save with the Byzantine Empire, on Very hard difficulty.
I have done this before and as it is known about Byzantine territories, you soon get pressed on almost all sides.
Strangely I am on my 10th turn and no one declared war on me. Trying to figure what happened I opened the global diplomacy tab and discovered that ALL factions have only allies, no one is fighting anyone.
Since i have Gracul AI and VH difficulty, this is the first time i see something like this. Perhaps its early yet (10th round) but I really do not remember seeing this any other time.
I shall play another 10 rounds and see what happens.
The only war going on, is me against the Cumans just because I attacked them wanting as usual Targoviste. There is not a single other conflict in all factions, except the rebels of course.
Has anyone seen something like it?

Re: Α strange diplomacy issue
I've not played with Gracul's CAI, but it sounds like it is set up to delay warfare for a certain turns to allow the AI factions to get organised and stop blitzing.
Letting them focus on rebels first can allow certain smaller factions to grab an additional region or two before warfare in general breaks out.
