Default should add more units to the Teutonic Order

should add more units to the teutonic like the crusader states, I tried the mod deus lo vult 6.2 and has very interesting units and makes the game more fun.

Yes, a broader unit rooster for the Teutonic Order would be great. They have very powerful units, but its basically ritterbruders. and dismounted ritterbruders.

And mounted and dismounted Ritterbrudder and Halbbruder, Sword Brethren, Order Militia, Order Sergeants, Prussian Axemen, Prussian Swordsmen, Prussian Auxillia, Livonian Auxiliaries, Christ Knights, Knetchen, plus all the regular European units like the Militias, Levies, pikemen, halberds, crossbowmen, archers, trebuchets, catapults and later Mounted Crossbowmen, Burgher Pikemen, handgunners, arbalest, and cannons, culvern, basilisk, serpentine, etc. so yeah they have plenty of units and more unique units than most factions besides maybe Crusaders, Mongols and Byzantines. are you guys playing the same game?

Play, stainless steel 6.4,the Prussian Swordsmen, Prussian Auxillia and Burgher Pikemen, they are bad drives, if you make a comparison between the Teutonic and the crusaders, the crusaders have a better variety of units and infantry have 12 different units (guard edessa, Templar, squires Templars Order of Saint Lazarus, camones of San Lazaro gentlemen of jerusalem walk, Templar and knights Hospitaller, light infantry, zeiwhander, etc) accounts with 6 cavalry units, however the Teutonic have only 6 units of infantry and 4 cavalry. And I make this comparison because as game mod deus lo vult 6.2 and the Teutonic has a variety of units that should have Stainless steel.

Ok, i see. Perhaps the problem is not the sheer number of different units: The Teutonic Order has many units, but you really play with a fraction of that unit-rooster. if you look at Lithuania, Nowgorod or Poland (the direct enemys of the TO), you see a much broader variety of units in battle. With the TO you use your spearmen, your (excellent) heavy cav and the (excellent) heavy infantry. you CAN use the other units as well, but they are not quite effective against the units of your direct enemys. Ah, i play with Bygs Mod IV (so the elite units are not so easily available)
