Lusotannan light cav vs heavy cav price

Playing a short Lusotannan and I was building up an invasion force to go wreck those Qarthadastim, and I realized the recruitment cost for a unit of Ippone Pretre (heavy cav) is like 500 less minai than a unit of Ippone Aeiste (light cav). Forgive me if I am wrong, but isn't it customary for heavy cav to cost more to recruit than light? Armour and all that. Small issue, just curious. Mod is super fun by the way.

I should say, I'm actually updating the development build EDU first, then copying the results back to the relevant units in 2.02d's EDU. Because there are quite a few more units in the dev build than in 2.02.
