First I recommend unite Greece under your banner and deal with the Romans. Then it's up to you afterwords, you can expand into Italy, North of Greece, East into Thrace and onward. You have unlimited possibilities with Macedon to expand.

You'll have to deal the the Greeks and Romans first. The northern tribes can be kept busy and easy to defend against. If you capture of of Greece, the rest of the game is a cakewalk.
