[Request] Guaranteed Major Factions

Is there already a TWA mod somewhere to give major factions (Saxons, Jutes, ...) a bigger change to beat Minors since I don't like to keep fighting the Rugians with their slingers. I haven't found one (yet).

I would like to take .Mitch's script and edit it slightly for Attila. The way I would edit it is only apply the autoresolve bonuses to factions that historically survived until the game's end date which is 450AD. If possible I would also make the autoresolve bonus only apply if it was a faction's last city. I don't have Rome 2 installed so I can't download his mod and look at the files. If someone could upload that would be great.
