There was a Rome 2 mod that let you sell your slaves, giving you a temporary boost in income and reducing your slave population by a percentage. I think something similiar is probably possible in Attila, it could be called Repatriation or whatever, reducing your immigrant population by a percentage and giving that province some extra growth.
