[Proposal] Various proposals

I've tried some of these things, but my modding knowledge is limited. I'm just throwing these out there in case anyone is interested.

• A complete Draco standard. I'm talking about the cut off dragon standard that some units carry. It looks goofy to me cut off. If possible I think it would be good to put its tail back on. Even make it blow around if possible. Dracos also apparently made an eerie or hissing sound when moved possibly by flutes attached to it.
• Some physics for the banners if possible. It's weird seeing banners not move at all and just behave like a wood plank.
• Some better/more realistic fort encampments. I assume this is possible with the new battle map modding tools?
• A change to how diplomatic marriages work. In vanilla they seem to give a pitiful 20 boost in relations and go down by one every turn. I think first they should give a bigger boost and second I think the boost should last as long as the marriage does. When the marriage is over then the boost should be gone.
• Make mercenaries spawn with experience.
• Add the Roman Limes fortifications as Wonders and give them effects.
• Food transfer. As long as there is a food surplus for the whole empire then no one province should be without food. This should be especially true for "civilized" factions with advanced infrastructure.
• Ironman mode option for all difficulty levels. Ironman mode being the fact that you can't savescum.
• More torches held by units in night battles. The tiny amount they hold in vanilla is pretty disappointing.
• Prologue troop cheering. In the first prologue battle your troops do an awesome cheer and chant. It would be awesome if that could be transplanted into the main game.
• Ship relfections. We had these in Rome 2 at one point. Maybe the code just needs to be turned on.
• Removal of autoresolve cinematic/animations. After seeing hundreds of autoresolves I'm really sick of this.
• Stop household items from being shared between characters. It seems like household stuff is shared between all your characters. This completely ruins the uniqueness of it which should be the whole point.
• Plumbata carrying. It would be cool if soldiers carried their plumbata behind their shield.
• Floating overboard soldiers. In vanilla soldiers seem to sink almost immediately after going overboard. I'd like to see them float the entire length of the battle.
• Remove the HDR. It still looks bad in my opinion.
