How do you change region ownership?

Hi everyone.

For the last couple of days i have been trying to give some of the regions in britain to the saxons, angles and jutes however i cant figure out how to do it. Are there anyone out there who knows how to do it??

However when i try to compile my changes in BOB the game crashes on the splash screen.

I changed Londinium ownership to saxon, and changes the buildings to barbarian equals of the roman originals. I also tried to change the original culture from western roman to saxon, aswell as the possible rebel faction. but nothing works. what am i doing wrong here?
