    Default Saruman Dying of Old Age?

    I am on turn 270 playing as Isengard and Saruman just died of old age.

    Is there anyway to get him back, or make him immune to aging since he is a Maia?

    In addition to this, my faction heir did not become the leader for some reason. Instead, my worst, drunken general became the faction leader. Why is this?

    Characters dying of old age is hard coded.
    I don't know about your heir problem.
