Something concerning I've noticed

I only started modding about a week ago, but I've noticed something that is quite annoying. There seems to be a fair amount of mods that include changes that aren't explained or are left entirely out of the mod description. I don't know if this is just really sloppy and lazy modding or if the intent is to deceive. I don't know why a modder would want to do that. That means people are downloading and using mods and are getting changes they weren't made aware of didn't ask for and probably don't want. It's just dishonest behavior.

well, it's mostly happens when there are many changes has been done to tell the all details

but personally I'm always into details, and if you do the things step by step it shouldn't be so hard even with a big mod.

on the other hand, people is mostly too lazy to read.
check my overhaul thread for example, do you think every1 would read that Changelogs part?
