Less Snow Attrition for Roman Empires

Hello guys here another mini but effective mod

So I've seen that all Barbaric factions (including Celts) have a special Military tradition for Snow attrition resistance,
1st lvl gives +%50 and 2nd +%100 so no attrition at all.

Finally come to my mind to do something like this for Roman empires;
Adding less snow attrition Faction trait for them.

So they will have %60 less attrition from snow now, including Separatists.
But values are easy to change, just open it with PFM.

It's compatible with any other mod, and for use just put in data folder, it will be loaded automatically

This mini mod doesn't need an update, however I wonder if Roman expedition needs this or not?

There is not much snow on Last Roman campaign as far as I know (gameplay videos) but you might think it's necessary, so let me know
