Dogs Resource?

I'm pretty new to Stainless Steel, and I'm currently still using 6.3 because I've encountered some issues trying to patch it to 6.4, I was wondering what this new trade node was, known as "dogs". It talks about how when you start trading in it, you can recruit war dog units, I've never had the option to recruit such units- Do they still exist in 6.4? How or are you even able to recruit war dog units?

Yeah, I noticed that too, and I'm using 6.4. I have the same question. It would be awesome if knew the answer since I couldn't find much searching myself...

You should really patch to 6.4 as it fixes many bugs, also there are no war dog units.

I've been trying to patch, I've just had a hard time doing so since I'm a little confused on how the actual process works- I don't intend to bother you with asking how.
Thanks for the response though, sucks that there aren't any war dog units and I wish there were, but it's w.e, no big deal.
