Default HELP THE EB TEAM! SEARCH FOR THE GLORY OF EB!

    Fellow users!

As you know current EB team is making wonderful job with the mod! However, as you may be aware, they are in dire need of new volunteers! You would like to help but you cannot mod or do not have enough time to write provine description yet you would like to see your favourite units or reforms in-game? Nothing lost! Really!
An EB team (namely Annubis88) need help in finding on Internet or elsewhere skilled artists, historians or modders. YOU CAN HELP IN THIS SEARCH! How? Even by simply posting an address or Internet forum where may be found people who would be interested in helping. It does not matter whether this forum is TW or mod oriented, any history, art or computer forum or website would be OK if you have good basis to believe that there may be people interested in helping. It may be even forum in you own country but remember that EB team needs mainly people who speak english on communicative level. If you find forum/website/person helpful in the project post info about EB there and put the URL address in this thread (and Annubis88 will take care of that). Your help really matter!

PLEASE HELP EB TEAM! Copy-pasting an URL is not a lot of a job!

    Thank you in advance!

Great initiative! Thanks! If you guys know of any site where talented artists hang out that would work on games for free, please post those sites. While it's unlikely we can get many people in this way, even 1 will make a big difference.

I would have REAAALLY loved to help you guys, but i'm swamped with university, personal life and i'm doing the research and writing on a mod already (Idreaus's Medieval Christendom for Attila TW). If i ever do get freed up, i would be more than glad to offer my skills as a writer, reader and historian (though i am no match for the legends of the EB team)

I'm currently gaining a PhD in medieval and early modern history. I'm not sure how much I could help with subjects of antiquity and the classical age. I do, however, have access to a fine university library here in the UK. If there's a particular book someone needs a quote from, I suppose I could be your go-to guy for that. I'm doing tons of research at the moment, but I'm usually in the library anyways, so feel free to name a source you think would be helpful and I'll look it up. For example, my library currently holds the following book that sounds entirely useful for province descriptions:

Hammond, Nicholas G. L. (ed), Atlas of the Greek and Roman world in antiquity (Park Ridge, N.J.: Noyes Press, 1981).

I am so envious of you, I have the misfortune of studying computer science right now. I always wanted to do a history or archaeology major though

No worries, your degree will be more practical for finding a job anywhere, at least. And hey, wouldn't you know it, we both have avatar pictures of Augustus! I bet we shop at the same stores too.

At the moment the main needs are for artists. Historians mostly already did their work, even back for EBI. It's the new units that are delaying further and further releases of the mod :S
