Governor traits
While playing through with Reikland (3 times now) like 90% of my governors became kleptomanic fraud embezzelers with 3 loyalty in the end and -70% to tax income malus + often a trade malus. Can this be avoided in any way?

Re: Governor traits
I think by keeping your Treasury amount low, or at least not humongous at the end of turns. Many mods have scripts to make it harder for the Player like that, and IIRC even vanilla does so. So, another gameplay element is to to make as much while to spend as much and keeping it all evening out.

Re: Governor traits
Is the market tree. You need to build level 3 (I think, maybe level 4) of market instead level 1 like almost all other mods (and vanilla) before you build almost any other building. Any building you complete give bad trait points to the governor if you don't have the correct level of market in the city (well, not all the buildings, but I forget the ones who don't depend of the market). Just make an specialist or two in growth (agricultural buildings) and don't let the others be in the city when a building is finish until you build the required level of market (the capital of Reikland start with him). The rest is the same, don't be filthy rich if you don't want bad traits, don't destroy buildings if you have a lot of money, etc.
You need train only one or two big money makers (or miners if you play dwarf) and conquer Mariemburg (if playing Reikland). Altdorf and Mariemburg with the money makers and prepare to swimm in gold.

Thats what I do, just beeline to Marienburg. But once your traders reach the brynduraz it's kinda hard not being filthy rich, especially when the summer fair event sets in.
