Increasing the term of office duration

it gets annoying after a while that you get 8 messages in a row about how their term of office ended, so I'd just like to edit to like tripple it or something, but I don't know if that's even possible
after that it's easy-peasy to lower the gained influence, I just can't find anything to modify the term of office

Have you tried playing around the the ministerial_positions_table?

I was going to do this at some point but haven't got around to it, in here all the positions are listed and two variables have the same numbers, 4 or 8, I can't remember how long they are in office for, but if it matches one of them it may be worth increasing this
