I guess i was what i mean is in the launcher there are the swap factions they only have one turn recruitment i want zero turn recruitment

That's weird, because the swap factions only have 0 turn recruitment, and no 1 turn recruitment, although some units need 1 or more turns to train, but that only applies to elite units. I can do two things for you: send you a patch where I reduce the recruitment time of elite units to 0 turns. I could also make a 1 turn version of swap factions.
If you got stuck in life, or your life does not seem to work out, then maybe have an internet search for "Spiral Dynamics".
It's a model of the human psyche, which has the potential to help you open up new possibilities in your life.
A YouTube channel called "Shores of Infinity" has some very high-quality videos on the topic.
Keep in mind that it is just a model, albeit a very practical one.
Another thing you could perhaps look into is undermethylation/overmethylation.

It actually depends, as each "campaign" is a different set of files only, there's no toggle or anything.
Bithnya is 0-turn, while I think Massalia has 1-turn only. Syracuse is special, it has 0-turn and 1-turn versions.

That seems strange to me because the swap factions don't have a separate EDU:edit: I figured out not all edu's are included in the EDU changes folder. Just say me which faction you want to play with 0 turn recruitment and I'll arrange it for you
