Change technology rate

Hi all,

First, i supposed that for changing tech rate i must edit "Fall of eagles Part 1" (Steam edition) but i don't know and find which table i must edit in PFM.

I am fairly certain we haven't done anything with technology rates. So, you can make a separate mod for it (for example, see the one in my TPY mods thread - http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...-Per-Year-Mods )

Ok thanks for your answer dresden. So i suppose that i can use a 1 Turn research in steam workshop, it will work if you doesn't edit anything in tech.
