Date Missing

why i cant see the date when playing SS6.4 ? do i need to reinstall it or there any way to fix it ? sorry for my bad english thou

in the descr_strat.txt file in the imperial_campaign folder there's a line near within th first 100 lines or so that says "show_date_as_turns", just comment that line out, put a ; on front of it like ";show_date_as_turns" save then close. It won't work with a current campaign, you'll need to start a new one.

For me it shows the turn number in the lower right corner as usual, and the date on the left side along with the season. Check if it's there and you can see both the year and the turn number.

ya i know where the date suppose to be but when i play mine it show nothing on the left side . empty

Do you happen to have the Steam-version? I just stumbled upon this guide that is supposed to fix the missing date on Steam versions.

i cant launch my SS6.4 from the launcher .. i have to launch it using the medieval launcher by changing the target in the propertiesto this (D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Medieval II Total War\medieval2.exe" --features.mod=mods/StainlessSteel6.4) then i can launch the game from the shortcut that i made .

LMAO that spelling tho .. *properties
