The differences between the Aedui and the Aruernoi?

Is there any game play difference between the Aedui and the Aruernoi, except for slightly different starting positions? I tried to find any in the guide and the starting game, but I couldn't, except for a few different names for the same things.

Do any of them have access to things that the others don't, for example?

IIRC one has access to the Gesaethe(sp?) - the drug crazed warriors. The other has a different unit. There may be other differences that only play out in a long game but it is a loooong time since I played either.

There are some differences in units. For instance, the late Aruernoi are able to recruit the Woklitis Rigon, or Arverni Royal Guard, and the Aedui don't have access to that.
