Vengeance has been brought to the Lannisters who were responsible for the murder of Ned Stark, and I ask Robb Stark, Lord of Winterfell and King in the North to bend the knee to King Stannis. Bend the knee and bring peace to the realm knowing your fathers honor has been restored.

There is no doubt that Stannis Baratheon is King by right of succession, there is however doubt over who he is King of.

Many years ago Houses Stark, Tully, Arryn and Baratheon joined together to overthrow the House that brought the seven Kingdoms together for the first time in history. Those same 7 kingdoms were only held together due to the combined might of Stark, Tully, Arryn and Baratheon, rebellion couldn't succeed as long as Eddard Stark and Robert Baratheon yet lived.

Now comes the time for Westeros to become Seven again. Jofferey is dead, the Lannisters are paying the Iron price, House Baratheon is in turmoil, the Tyrells have yet to declare their new king and House Martell has yet declare.

To the Great Houses of Westeros, for 300 years we have bent the knee. Become KINGS of your own Kingdoms once again.

To Stannis I say this, bring peace to the rest of the realm and then we can discuss the future. Fair warning though, although the Starks return to the North, bring war to the Riverlands and Winter will venture forth once again. House Tully are under no obligation to join the Starks if they do not wish. We will however defend them what ever they choose.

Edmure Tully has taken the golden tooth without sustaining a single casualty. House Tully stands in the same position we did at the begining - we have no problems with the Iron Throne and believe that Stannis is the rightful King as we have aided him from the beginning, we are however currently with House Stark in this war against House Lannister. Tywin Lannister has been able to commit too many atrocities in his time as Warden of the West and his House must be cast from this position.

Yes move all units from that settlement into new ones for each. Maybe have one left in the plagued city - just in case.

If you move your faction leader and heir into that settlement, they can use their powers to cure everyone.

You should also bring his army, to make sure he's safe on the journey there. Roose Bolton may also be useful for his expertise in leeches. In fact, just put every general into Winterfell for maximum effectiveness.

Also after you have put some more generals into Winterfell, you should move them to other cities - teaching the knowledge of plague-preventing to all your cities.

Renly has been given to Rhllor, he screamed as he cooked within his armour. Again, let this be a warning to all those who defy me. I do believe that Edric has dispatched Brienne of Tarth to take Dragonstone, fortunately I managed to send word to the garrison first to move out and the royal fleet to sink any Stormland ships. Now, Brienne may very well take Dragonstone, but with no means of escape the island shall become her tomb; her forces unable to assist in defending against the impending invasion of the Stormlands.

I will not tolerate a base born child to rule over my rightful land and thus I will slaughter all those who stay loyal to Edric Storm, Edric himself is destined to meet to the flames should he refuse the offer I have given him of a holdfast and a few acres of land.

As for you Lord Stark, inciting others to revolt against my rule will only lead to the flames approaching Winterfell. Do not defy me.
