I ain't complaining about Renly this turn, but can we just change it for the future, if it is four that is just plain ridiculous, I can fort spam everywhere, three is a fair limit for new players, but four is just downright awful xD

As Mac said, may as well turn Lannister AI now. I would like to say it's been a good game, but tbh I haven't put up much of a fight.
Oh golly gosh this turn was enjoyable, this is an example of the true strength of House Tully, let us begin.
First the siege of Brynden Tully's fort was lifted and the Kingslayer retreated back into his cousin's fort (meaning all units there cannot move/attack). PICS
Next the siege of William Mooton's fort was lifted by the Blackfish and Lord Tywin was sent into full retreat. PICS
The Blackfish pursued the Lord of Casterly Rock, pushing him further away from his son and other kin. PICS
But it would be Edwyn Frey who would hunt down the last remnants of Lord Tywin's host and slay the Noble Lord (PICS), Lord Tywin was a great man and ruled his people well but his family betrayed mine own and justice is needed.

P.S. Not to sound cocky but even I am impressed that as Tully I managed to defeat the majority of Lannister (with GJ attacking his borders but that is as in most HS), more or less alone.

OP updated. Lannister defeated on turn 10 by House Tully & Greyjoy. The current faction will be turned AI by the admin seeing as their faction leader is dead, no standing army over 1500 men and will be destroyed in the coming turns.
All rules are subject to change via player vote.

Sorry guys but faction suicide is downright insulting to me and intolerable, it is something which should NEVER be done in HSing. Tyrell and Martell are gaining free regions and sacking money from Renly, who for some reason seems intent on making sure his faction dies so that his allies become stronger when he has left this HS -.- He should be turned AI now.
Edit: Just remembered blue subbed Renly last turn and left Felwood empty for him to take. Either a) blue did some bad subbing just to benefit himself and Martell OR b) Renly is faction suiciding. Either way I am not happy how this whole thing has been handled and thus Martell/Tyrell/Renly need to all be punished accordingly.
So what I'm thinking of doing is going back to the save Alert posted, turning Renly AI, subbing Tyrell and Martell, issuing fines double what they gained in sacking the settlements.
Ranger and Vahir would have to replay though, if they don't want to replay I shall find a suitable recourse.
I am sorry, I understand what we did is wrong, but I would just like to clarify I did not sub and leave castles open so I could take them. When I subbed Renly, I was working at the best of my ability to protect Storms End As for Martell, I do not believe he is in the wrong here, he is taking Renly castles with significantly more men that renly probably could not stop. I screwed up, I take full responsibility for what happened.

Replaying does not sound appealing to me. I think the mistake is that the admin should have subbed Renly and not Tyrell, because Frosty will bring an un-biased view whereas Tyrell is saying hey my ally is dead, what can I do to make myself stronger. It is a common thing and something I see a lot.
We have a rule in TATW where if a faction is likely to be destroyed in the coming turns, other factions cannot gift a settlement to that faction so it can survive; nor can the dying faction gift its remaining regions to an ally. Perhaps we can modify this rule and add it to the hotseat.
Lets not blow this out of proportion here. Renly is either abandoning these settlements to save his units for one last battle because he knows one or two units will only stop Tyrell/Martlel for one turn(something I would likely do); or he is just letting Tyrell and Martell take his provinces because he knows he is dead.
I think the fine should be reflect the settlements that were taken without fight and should be below 1000 gold per settlement. Really I've seen this strategy done in TATW many times. For example, the Silvan Elves have limited recruitment locations thus units are hard to recruit. Orcs have 15 units about to siege one of their settlements in Lorien, SE can either leave one unit behind and only slow the orcs by one turn or can abandon the settlement and save the unit because the player will have very low recruitment.
I think the best option for now is finishing this turn and having the admin deal with everything on Lannisters turn such as turning Lannister AI, hand out the fines and or if he decides turn Renly AI.
