[Request] Stand-alone version: No More Razing (Huns excepted)

After a while of searching the mod section i could only find the feature (that disables AI razing except for the huns combined) with overhaul mods. Have i missed a stand-alone mod for this , or is there simply none at the moment?

Reason for not willing to just download the overhaul mod is that i want to experience the vanilla game a bit more before trying to change alot of gameplay stuff. Only thing is that a 50% razed europe makes me want to just quit the campaign out of boredom.

There is one because i have it. But don't remember when and where i got it . But i'm pretty sure it is in campaign map section
