Need help editing my desc_strat file.

Hi all, I am pretty lazy and cant wait to unlock factions so I figured I could unlock the factions by tinkering with the descr_strat file but when I try to save the changes I get an error telling me that the path or file name are not correct.

Anyone having this problem? Any help would be appreciated thanks.

You have to right click on the file, select properties, and uncheck the "read only box" then press apply.
