Also guys Ramsay and I have agreed that this is going to be a fast paced hotseat, if you don't ask for an extension you WILL get subbed and we will not replay because of your absence, it is very easy to simply ask for an extension which we shall gladly grant, be late and we will assign you a password for easier subbing purposes and if you are absent 3 times with no explanation you're out, that's final also no repeated extensions you may have 24 hours extra upon request, after that send a battle plan to either I or Ramsay and one of us will play your turn with your wishes in mind, give us no word and take a chance we do what you wanted, I realize this is very long winded but I have a history of being too lenient with subbing and we have decided to make things go as fast as possible, we aren't trying to be mean, simply efficient, sorry for the giant wall of text/huge run-on sentence. With that being said, good luck to all!

P.S - (If i missed anything please feel free to add on and if this seems to harsh to you guys we can tone it down a notch.)
