Default [Request] Reduced/removed yearly winter effects?

Well I haven't noticed it but I haven't played for that long either but I think I've noticed a changed. For some reason it feels like my settlements only produce half of the food it used to afew hours ago. So poking around online I read this:

"Attila’s main enemy is climate change. In this new standalone Total War game, Creative Assembly have built a campaign driven by an ever-lengthening winter, with each passing year seeing more territory become inhospitable to settlers, forcing factions to migrate south, fighting their way to warmer climes."

I've also read about it here and there on how every year the weather gets colder and eventually fertility and everything drops in most northern Germanic regions - literally forcing us to move south. I think this is retarded. I want a mod that removes us from being FORCED to not play the game the way we want to play it. CA - Stop trying to be like Square Enix and forcing players to play the story YOU want them to play.

So someone please make a mod that counteracts this.

Have you noticed any cutscene bugs or anything that this mod breaks? It says it could be buggy.
