The last patch "fixed" the battle difficulty setting so that when you select Legendary difficulty, you can't set the battle difficulty to anything other than VH. Problem is that on VH battle difficulty, the missile units are OP and shred your troops even if they are in testudo.

I am wondering if a mod can be made that restore choice of battle difficulty to the player.
