Savete! In my current campaign as the Romani I am in turn 30 and haven't had the opportunity to install a colony yet, i.e. the advisor didn't tell me new colonists were available. I didn't have this problem as Carthage, when I got a new colony every 10 turns or so. Are there any special conditions to gain a colony as the SPQR? I want to plaster the peninsula with roman colonies as it was in history.
