unless otherwise said by myself, there is no permission given on using the current models for other mods/submods

All the material will be available only if the moddder(s) continues and finishes WotW. That means, nothing will be available for other mods/submods as resources until the next team finishes the current WotW Britannia, afterwards, they could do whatever they want.
