    I don't know if you are joking or not, but I think he means the modding tools for ATW (TED). CA will probably release it on the same day Half Life 3 is released

    They said that there might be an update on the modding tools in April.

    We didn't get the assembly kit yet. The workshop, Ted and Terry will come with it.

    And hopefully soon, Im am having a few issues without it, as in then I am using the old tweak, my edit models show up normal.

    Oh, it says To be Confirmed and "expected to be released around April time"....

    That basically means these tools have not been confirmed yet and they could be released around April which doesnt mean they will be released in April. They could be released months later.

    It says to be released in April. What month is it still? April. Is there really a problem?

    Besides, the Steam workshop was temporarily available today, which hints towards the workshop being opened soon*, probably along with the mod tools this week.

    These tools are TBC, and are expected to be released around April time. Exact date to be announced.
    They never said that they will be released in April. They just said that they expect to release them around April.

    Why wont you be able to edit and make changes to the maps, apart from aesthetics? I am sure modders would love the opportunity to make their own maps...etc.

    We will be able to make new battlemaps. We just can't edit the campaign map.
