Who said that there will be wizards without magic? They will have some "special abilities" that u can call magic, but without any spells that need animation because of Atilla engine, its like u want a bicycle with engine, u can but its not created to have engine...
Please stop this discussion now, it's the wrong topic for it here. In addition we create this mod to incorporate our own visions, too; and we never said that we ignore magic completely. In LotR it's just not that visual, super-special-effect thing.

I always wanted to ask you why units in total wars cannot stand over the towers? I think that main idea of tower is that it allows bowmen to have extra range so why total war team allows units only to stand on walls and not over the towers?
I don't know what's the concept behind it but it seems that CA decided that it's not necessary to place soldiers in top of siege towers. But I doubt that we can change it because the functions are probably deeply connected with hardcoded stuff.

I didn't mean siege towers but ordinary castle towers.

The game being based on TW3 game engines, it should likely be possible to do something.
