Sure when you want something for people to see you post in on the forum. I have no problem with that. However he posted the same pictures in a private message on FB. Repeadetly. And it takes away focus and time from replying to fans that don't know about the forums and ask question on FB.

It's not a big deal. Just a bit annoying when we are getting bombarded with these pictures from all sides and bordering on a dangerous nationalistic discussion as a result

The hilt (grip, to be more precise) you drew is too long.
I looked at the examples you shown, the grip is shorter.
It should be just long enough to fit one hand.

Edit: picture in question replaced with new one, featuring proper length grip.

I recommend a pugio rather than a spear, because in close quarters combat, a dagger will serve you better than a spear.

The shape is fine, just the hilt was too long. BTW, what's on his thighs?

I love your art style. If you were to expand your horizons beyond just these specific regional units, they could probably be used for loading screens or something. In any case, good looking stuff!

I'd better make some things absolutely clear, so that people don't expend lots of time and effort, only to be disappointed. Firstly, there will not be a Georgian faction, I can state that categorically. We already have Hayastan in the Caucasus, and there's nothing a Georgian faction could add, that would make up from the amount they'd detract from Hayastan by sharing the same region, similar culture and similar ambitions.

Secondly, there will not be a Georgian roster, as in a collection of 5-6 units from the same place. We have space on the roster for a Georgian unit, an Iberian unit, and we already have a Colchian unit concepted. So if you want to contribute to the official mod, I'd suggest you focus your thoughts on concepting a single unit that best exemplifies troops from the region, and adds something interesting to the wider regional roster.

All this is not to say that if you want to make your own submod for EBII, where there's a Georgian faction using one of the empty slots, and add a Georgian roster with the currently unused unit slots. If you want to do that, by all means go ahead. But it won't be in the official mod.
