    Default All Reforms Made Earlier?

As much as I love this mod, and the historicity of it, I find it obvious that gameplay and enjoyment of its late-game content is sat on the backburner because, it takes forever to reach the many last Reform's. Many people do it I've read, I go back everyday on these forums between pages 6-52, to enjoy what people wrote about this mod and such and learn stuff. By time I reach the late Reform's, I either 1984'd the world, or do what some loyalist players suggest, and that is wait-it-out hundreds of turns to see Marian's glory. But nobody wants to really do that.

I found the Reform submod people suggest here, in future days past, but none of the download links work. I'd just like if by turn 240-250 BC, basically every Faction has achieved its first or second Reform. I know it sounds horrid, a bit to me, but there's no joy in waiting.
My Shogun 2 Mod has been defunct for years, its over with. Hex editing is horrible.

As I remember the only turn based reforms are for romans and celts/germans. If you want reforms on specific dates go in eb/data/scripts/show_me/EBBS_SCRIPT.txt and open it. There is a section on reforms and every reform has somethin like this "and I_TurnNumber > 120" You can change this to specify exact date of reforms.

I was also tired of waiting for reforms while I had all europe as romans so I deleted the turn number requirement and made them dependent on how many settlements you own.
