Late era campaign cannot get started

Hey guys I just got stainless steel and its great but I tried to do a late era campaign for the first time and when I click next to start the campaign it sends me back to the menu for campaigns and battles does any one know what the issue could be as I checked the log and it says:

Couldn't find character records name (Ingeborg) in the names database

Before launching the game, go to \data\world\maps\base, delete map.rwm
