Hey y'all had an idea for another submod so I thought I would share it and see what everyone thinks , the basic premise of this submod is that it's set during the Gerudo wars but in this timeline Agahnims plan goes off without a hitch, where Hyrule falls the Sheikah are destroyed as an organisation, the Gerudo have cured their curse and Vaati gets his tentacles on the Triforce (shock horror) plus a few twists and turns along the way but here's the interesting part the faction listings:
The Gerudo Empire

Basically the Gerudo have conquered virtually all of Hyrule apart from Vigjaro and Snowpeak. As Agahnim and Vaati found the Triforce however they managed to gain a cure for Ganon's curse and can now give birth to males, so now they are in a much better position then before what with not being on the verge of extinction and all , their main goal is to invade what's left of the Kingdom of Hyrule, whilst fighting off their more powerful allies, as well as deal with a mysterious invader from Domain Valley?
Hylian Remnants

Basically like in the normal timeline this Hyrule has lost virtually everything, Zelda III was still killed in battle, Zelda IV has vanished without a trace and the Sheikah have collapsed. Rauru is now serving as the de-facto leader who is just trying to help the Hylians survive. However they have aid and powerful aid at that, following Vaati's success in gaining the Triforce Demoko sent his chickens of death from above to help the Hylians. This faction incorporates Hylian, Sheikah and a few Ordona survivors.
Army of Justice

Essentially the Wizzrobe but with a cooler name, what with Hyrule falling into chaos and primordial demons wandering around again Hylia decide to speed up her recruitment process and thus her justice army was born, have the same units as HTW but with a few additions. While Hylia's intentions are pure announcing her arrival results in Demise coming out from hiding again and causes Demoko to try and hunt her down, whilst he is unsuccessful it results in the two being in completion with each other, which doesn't end well :/
Governate of Hyrule

So when Gahnim and Vaati found the Triforce Agahnim revealed his deal with Majora, which was to assassinate Vaati and use the Triforce to rip open a portal to Termina, but Vaati already suspects this and avoids assassination. However a rift is still opened to Termina in the Temple of Time and whilst Majora himself can not enter Hyrule his Spawn can. So Majora and Agahnim work together to kill Vaati and use the power he drained from the Triforce to fully open the void, it also should be noted that Agitha is still in the city whilst this is happening and Agahnim feels sorry for her and feeling distraught over the loss of his family takes her in, where she eventually becomes a Priestess of Majora
Swarm of Vaati

When Vaati uses the Triforce he regains the power he had during the creation of Hyrule, so he begins to spread out and infect other beings such as Darknuts and Hylians, including General Akazoo. However he was betrayed by Agahnim during the attempt by Hyrule to retake their capital, although Vaati surves the assassination attempt, he is made aware of Majoras influence and is able to stop a huge portal being created, limiting it to a small rift. He and his armies are currently locked in a battle with Majora's armies over control of Hyrule Prime, since Vaati plans to use his new strength to invade Termina itself and slay his old enemy.
Darknut Legion

Essentially the same as regular HTW, Zalunabr remains loyal to Vaati after he gains more power, but is secretly angry that he received no godlike power. But after Vaati "improves" some of his knights he is more then happy to work with Vaati to defeat the treacherous Agahnim. However Zalunbar has to deal with a rebel state of Daknuts established by Yaraxonal in the Gohmas old homelands.
Darknut Kingdom

Since the Hylians never managed to reach Ontheon Link, Lana, Nabooru and Senturon couldn't use their invasion as cover, whilst they successfully freed her they were forced to flee back to Lanayru with a few other Daeknut, Zuna and Gerudo rebels in order to initiate a coup. They establish their base in Moruge swamp after Lanayru and Hylia destroy the Gohma hives there. They are made up of Darknuts, Gerudo, Zuna and Wizzrobe.
Kingdom of Lanayru

With Zoras Domain destroyed by the Twili and River Zora, and Hyrule virtually collapse Lanayru decided to push for their independence which results in them becoming a dominant power in Northern Hyrule. They have currently become a hotspot for Zora and Hylian refugees fleeing their homelands destruction. Following numerous attacks by the Gohma from the West Rutella and Laruto approached Hylia for aid in wiping out their homeland, which she happily obliges, with the Gohma gone Lanayru and Yaraxonals rebels use the land to house their overpopulation and to use it as a strategic strike point to the Gerudo Desert. Made up of Zora hybrids, Hylains, Pure Zora and Gerudo Pirates
In this timeline the Gorons completyl bunker themselves down and enter a state of blessed isolation from the rest of Hyrule, this makes them incredibly unpopular with many of the Western nations struggling to survive, but with the destruction of Domain Prime and the rise of two alien states, along with mounting pressure form Demoko, the Gorons will eventually have to get involved with these new conflicts. the Gorons also decided to allow Zora refuges to flee and reside within the mountains after their homelands are destroyed and harvested but the Twili and Parella.
In this timeline Zant's invasion is a lot more successful, realising Jelyfs plot Zant orders Onox to instead turn on the Zola rather then dump the poison, this still results in Daomain Prime being mostly destroyed but the Parella and Zola flee further East of the Valley, with Zant setting himself up in the ruins. However following his success he is betrayed by Veran and Onox who abandon them and travel East to Tarm to further their own goals. The Twili are currently locked in a power struggle With the Parella for control of the Valley.
Parella Domain

Following her failed attempt to sabotage Zant Jelyf and the Zola flee East to Val Jabun, where they set up their base of operations, forming an alliance with the exiled Octozora they begin to plan fro Bellums's return ad how to force the Twili out of Hyrule.
Kingdom of Faron

Following the Gohma infestation and near revival of Sulkaris, the Forest nations make peace with each other, however the conflicts between Vaati and Majora spill into the forest which resorts in the loss of a huge section of forest, outnumbered and outgunned, the Kokiri, Wolfos, Deku Tribes and Huskus Unify into a single Kingdom with a king/queen elected from any of the integrated races. Whilst they are dealing with the the last few Gohma hives in the forest, Veran launches a successful coup in Holodrum and crowns herself Queen of the Fairies. Whilst Kasuto at first tries to appease her Veran sets her sights on conquering the forest for resources so she can build portals to the Twilight Realm to gather reinforcements, from the other Twili Kingdoms.
Great Fairies of Tarm

Heroes: Veran, Onox, Dezaia, Maku Tree of Horon
After Zant succeeds in his invasion Veran and Onox use the ensuing confusion to take a large battalion of Shadow Messengers and Fused Shadows to Holodrum, where Veran frees her sister and gathers an army of Korrigans and other criminal fairies. She then launches a successful coup against Tarm and Vanalvi, whom she seals away and executes respectively. With the threat of retaliation from the Parella and Zant, Veran begins to construct Mirriors to the the Twilight Realm to gather reinforcements from the other Kingdoms within it. The fairies successfully take over Horon and it is the Maku tree here not in Labrynna that becomes a tech monster, Veran buys off the Subrosians with advanced technology and water reserves to make them her puppet kingdom. With enough manpower Veran and Onox invade the Newly established Kingdom of Faron to drain it of resources and build more portals. They are a mixture of Fairy, Twili and Horon units.
Grand Duchy of Labrynna

Without Verans influence Labrynna thrives as a peaceful small Duchy, which lacks the technological prowess they possess in HTW. Following numerous wars in the West which effected the forest nations Labrynna opened its borders to refugees, the most numerous of these were the Deku scrubs, who were eternally grateful for their asylum. After the Fairies militarisation, Labrynna begins to upgrade its armies to defend itself. They are made up of tech less Labrynnians, Deku Scrubs and Ordonian refugees
Nardu's Realm

Despite being offered the chance of unification with the other forest nations Nardu refuses, instead attempting to solidify her position as the Queen of all Lizalfos, following the Gerudo wars and the destruction of the Ordona Province, thousands of them fled East towards Labrynna and Faron, whilst originally reluctant to allow them through her Kingdom, Nardu sees the possibility of making money of of displaced farmers by charging them to enter her borders, then using them to rear livestock for her people to gorge themselves on, with her wealth expanding, Nardu hires an assassin to kill Vatak the only opposer to her rule. She then uses the new found epwealth and farmlands to create a police force to bring more order to her realm, thus making the Lizalfos a more cohesive society. the Lizalfos are currently in a Cold War With the Moblins over competing claims to the Ikana Canyons, both of them using small local tribes to fight proxy wars against each other.
Forest Gohma

With their Swamp homelands destroyed by the False goddess and Zora half-breeds the Gohma fled to the Kokiri Forest, hunted by the Gerudo and Darknuts along the way, establishing a small hive on the edge of the forest with the survivors of their failed attempt to restore Sulkaris. They are currently trying to conquer Faron so Sulkaris can once again assume her physical form.
Moblin Kingdoms

After Hylia reveals herself to Hyrule once more, Demise enraged openly declares war upon her and her Wizzrobe. Shortly after this the Sword Spirit Ghirahim appears to him and offers his service which Demise accepts. The Moblins are also locked in a Cold War with the Lizalfos over Ikana canyon with both nations laying claim to it, instead of fighting over it, they use the local tribes to fight proxy wars in order to gain influence and eventually take control.
Subrosians (NPC)

After being bought off by Veran with riches and advanced technology Rosa has become no more then Verans puppet, and now work with the fairies to harvest the forest of it's resources.
A small tribe made up of lesser blins and rebel Ordonians who whilst worship Demise which to remain free from the influence of the Blin council. But after numerous conflicts with the other Canyon tribes they look to their God for aid, not suspecting that they are being set up.
Eastern Canyon Tribes (NPC)

a small tribe settled into the Ikana Canyons made up of wild Lizalfos and Blins who rejected Demise, in recent times the Lizalfos Queen Nardu has offered her support to help them gain stronger foot holdings into the Canyons, in exchange for influence over their government and use of their passageways to Ordona.
Legions of Time (NPC)

Fater Vaati gained the Triforce Demoko immediately mobilised the Oocca to strike back, whilst they managed to prevent Vaat and Majora gaining much land and boxing them into Central Hyrule they were unsuccessful in defeating the ancient demons, now after Demise has revealed his intentions Demoko seeks to destroy him to, as well as search for the two lost Druthulidi Dethl and Bellum, so he might finish his mission to cleanse the world of their evil.
phew that was allot of typing, but there you have it just an idea I had if the Gerudo wars went in a different direction.

Neat. I like the idea of the Gerudo winning the war, and a Majora-worshiping Hyrule remnant. Speaking of which, I'm sure someone will do a submod for the alternate costume timelines when Neph reveals more about them.
