Veteran quarters for ERE? a bug not found in the first or second patch?
as the ERE to get a military victory you must have a veterans quarters. problem is, its only buildable by WRE. I'm sure it will get fixed in a future patch, but I'm kinda wondering why this hasn't already been fixed in the first or second patch? seems a pretty minor thing to fix that has a huge impact on gameplay. seems like pure laziness.

If you haven't noticed, they did a copy paste of victory conditions. Notice how some of their victory conditions say build 7 of the following, but there is actually only 4 builds you have to build ;D
