Anyone know how to mod starting political control?

As the title says, anyone know how to mod starting faction's political control? I want to up the Sassanid starting control from 40 to 70 but can't seem to find out how to do it... Any help out there?

That would be a startpos edit, done with EditSF. And that program has almost no support or tutorials.

It may be possible to figure it out with the assembly kit when that releases.

Yeah, I figured it out... Now I've modded the Sassanids to have a lot more political control, which lowers loyalty for their generals, meaning separatists/civil war is much more likely... Thanks for your help.
